Surprisingly appealing, the pink peacock shade heralds the autumn flirting through an alternating veil of romance and mystery. Carolina Herrera praised the colour tone of pink peacock by presenting a classy flerty dress with transparent sleeves and wide hem, while Jason Wu focused his interest on a glamorous deux-pièces and the reflections created by light.
A very soft shade of pink, which could easily be ignored by fall/winter color trends. The designers, however, had an opposite view, since they dominated the runways with dresses that exude refined romance thanks to this mellow rose tone and feminine coats that give another dimension to the dull winter days.
This feminine shade is a pastel version of violet colour, which can be cleverly followed from winter to summer. In the collection of Acne Studios it was used in a special way, in a combination of different textures with layers of the same shade, so that the viewer’s gaze focuses on the movement of the garment. In an opposite direction, Ashley Williams unveiled the crocus petal through a retro corduroy suit.
